Southwestern Shrimp Tacos

Chilled shrimp seasoned with southwest spices are fun to make with an assortment of condiments to make the perfect shrimp tacos!   Condiments include pico de gallo, shredded cabbage, avocado creme´ cojita cheese, lime wedges, and two 8″ soft flour tortillas per person. Elote´ street corn off the cob and fiesta rice complete the dining experience!
