Transport your tastebuds to South of the Border with our flavorful tequila cilantro lime marinated chicken thighs (boneless/skinless) served over our warm roasted corn salad!  Served with oven roasted red potatoes and freshly baked rosemary cheddar bread.

Entree-sized salad of crisp romaine, achiote chicken, crumbled bacon, avocado, cojita cheese, roasted corn, tomatoes and tortilla strips. Served with choice of one dressing:  Cilantro & lime vinaigrette or southwestern ranch; Served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa
