Our tender, slow-roasted seasoned tri-tip carving station will reign supreme at your event!  3 ounce portion of beef tri tip served on slider rolls.  Your guests will love the assortment of condiments to build their perfect slider!  Condiments include honey mustard sauce, horseradish aioli, classic red wine demi glace,  bread and butter pickle chips, arugula, crunchy slaw,  sliced pickled onions,  havarti cheese, and sliced Swiss Cheese.   Serving is two per person, minimum 25 guests.
