Vegetarian baked ziti served in our classic fresh made marinara sauce. Served with traditional garden salad with fresh made croutons, dressings and fresh baked rosemary cheddar bread. (add either ground beef or our roasted chicken strips for and additional $2.25)

Cheese Tortellini in a Creamy Pesto Sauce


Cheese filled tortellini tossed in a creamy alfredo and pesto sauce.  Keep it vegetarian or add chicken to make an even heartier dish. Served with rosemary cheddar bread and garden salad. Add 3 oz. roasted chicken strips for $2.25 per person!

Chicken Piccata


Chicken breast baked in a lemon, caper and white wine sauce.  Served with rice pilaf and green beans. *Gluten free

Curry Lentil Stuffed Squash


Yellow squash filled with carrots, peppers, onions and spicy curried lentils. Served with oven roasted red potatoes and vegan bread. *Vegan

Mushroom Stroganoff


A delicious vegetarian spin on a classic favorite!  Egg noodles topped in a creamy mushroom vegetable gravy.  Served with fresh baked rosemary cheddar cheese bread and roasted baby carrots.

Olive Oil and Garlic Pasta with Roasted Grape Tomatoes


Penne pasta and roasted grape tomatoes tossed in an olive oil and garlic reduction and topped with parmesan cheese.  Served with green beans and fresh baked rosemary cheddar bread.  *Vegetarian dish

Spinach and Eggplant over linguini


Fresh spinach, roasted grape tomatoes and eggplant tossed with linguini pasta in a garlic infused oil. Served with steamed vegetables and dinner rolls. *Vegan

A blend of cilantro, sweet potatoes, roasted corn and black beans tossed in a lime sauce and served with 6” corn tostadas(2 per person).  Includes salsa and shredded lettuce. Served with spanish rice and AZ sonoran beans
