“Build your own” authentic Posole dish – braised tender pork with hominy perfectly seasoned with southwest chilis and spices.  Guests can perfect their  pasole with toppings of cojita cheese, radishes, shredded cabbage, lime wedges,  jalapeno, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, fire roasted salsa, corn and flour tortillas.  Served with fiesta rice. (Minimum 15 ppl)
