Team Building Pricing and Details

The Premise:
There are several different challenges to choose from including the Pizza Challenge, Puff Pastry Challenge or the Pasta Challenge.
All groups will be divided into teams.  The experience begins with a quick lesson on kitchen safety and an introduction to the rules of the game by our facilitator.
All teams will be given three elements by our chef that they must incorporate into a dish.  In addition, team members will be given access to our pantry, spice racks and walk-in refrigerator to select other food items needed to complete their culinary vision!   Although they will have the freedom to be creative, all items provided from the chef must be used in the preparation of the kitchen challenge meal.
A judging team will be assembled.  All groups can either choose to have us select a panel for them or they can provide one comprised of non-participating members.
Teams will be sent into our commercial kitchen for a timed experience in which they must dream up and assemble a tasty dish to present to the judges.  One of our chefs will be available to answer questions and provide knowledge to potentially novice cooks.  Finally, the team will be given a chance to prepare their dish for presentation to the judges.
The prepared meal will be judged on taste, creativity and presentation.
Pricing Details
Each challenge is approximately 2 hours in duration.
You may bring up the 28 people to the Great Food Challenge for a cost of $750.00 + tax (please inquire about groups exceeding 28 guests for pricing).

• Use of our Kitchen and Café area (Completely Private)
• Veggie and Fruit trays for snacks while the meal is cooking
• Unlimited Sodas from our Coke Fountain
• Care packages to take home leftovers
• Ingredients required based on challenge selected
• Certificates for each member of the winning team

Cost does not include judges.  Client may provide their own judges or we can provide judges in the culinary field for an additional $50 per judge.  Prizes are also not included and are optional.
